All Saints' Church, formerly Normanton Church, is an Anglican church. A building has existed on the site since the mid thirteenth century.
History[]
In February 1892 the church was broken into by two miners from Normanton Common, who attempted to steal from the communion table. A gardener in the employ of Thornton alerted the police, having been nearby at the time.[1]
